Property Management

A.G. Realty operates a Property Management division at our office in Papamoa, covering all of the Bay.

For our service we offer:

• No mark-up on invoices we pay on behalf of our landlords.
• No charge for inspections or other services, this is covered by the all-inclusive commission charged.
• Inspections done on an 8 week basis.
• Our commission rate to our landlords is 8% plus GST. (With no extra charges)
• Written reports are sent to landlords every two months

We at A.G. Realty pride ourselves on the way we manage our rental properties and take all the hassle away from our landlords. Written reports are sent to landlords every two months. Rents are distributed into the landlords account by direct credit at the end of each month, along with a monthly statement with copies of any accounts are posted to the landlord.
